Ben Bigglestone is the Founder of Hybrid Sports Performance and brings over 30 years of coaching and competitive endurance experience. A former international junior and professional triathlete, Ben has competed across 10 Ironman races, ultramarathons, and multisport events.

As a coach, Ben has worked with everyone from first-time racers to professional athletes, with athletes qualifying for the Ironman World Championships every year since 2004. His coaching focuses on building resilient, high-performing athletes through smart strength training, efficient movement, and the ability to perform under fatigue.

Dray Bailey is a highly experienced strength and conditioning coach with over 10 years of personal training experience. He has worked with clients of all ages and abilities, from general fitness members to competitive youth, high school, collegiate, and Division I athletes.

Dray spent three years training Division I athletes at Eastern Washington University, building a strong foundation in collegiate-level performance development. He currently coaches youth and high school sports teams, including Redmond High School basketball and baseball, and has served as the sprints coach for Eastlake High School track and field for nine years.
